Dear Customer, to exclude any disputes related to the provision of services by the Company, to prevent conflicts of interest, to protect the rights of the Customer properly, as well as fulfilling the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Financial System Mediator," the Company has approved:

It should be noted that any individual of "INCORE" CJSC Customer has the opportunity to submit the claims arising from the contract with him to the court and the Mediator of the financial system.

If you go to court, the dispute between you and "INCORE" CJSC will be settled by the court. You can go to court at any stage of your appeal. The Financial System Mediator cannot review the court decision.

In the case of applying to the Financial System Mediator, the dispute between you and "INCORE" CJSC is resolved by the Mediator by the RA Law on the Financial System Mediator.

Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that INCORE Investment Company has waived its right to challenge the decisions of the Financial System Mediator. This means that INCORE Investment Company has agreed not to challenge the decisions made against it by the Financial System Mediator.

Any person has the right to receive the information on INCORE Investment Company as defined by Article 65 of the RA Law on Securities Market.
